Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Add a layer of cherry pie filling, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh cherries, lemon slices, and whipped cream.
