Ingredients
  

For the Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Banana Mousse

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well and let sit for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to gel.
  • In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the whipped cream and sugar (if using). Fold gently until well incorporated.
  • In serving glasses, pour the chia pudding and banana mousse mixture. Optionally, top with additional sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey for garnish.

Notes

Serve in individual glasses or bowls, garnished with sliced bananas, nuts, or honey. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freeze portions for longer storage, noting that texture may change.
