Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted

Filling Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well-combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar, mixing until creamy and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
  • Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust. Layer the sliced bananas and strawberries on top, then pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruits.
  • Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  • Once set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice it up. Enjoy your homemade Banana-Strawberry Cheesecake Fantasy with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or a dollop of whipped cream!
