  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened Make sure it's really softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) For extra crunch.

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually blend in the instant vanilla pudding mix.
  • Fold in the whipped topping gently, making sure it stays fluffy.
  • Stir in the fresh blueberries, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans if you like.
  • Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour so the flavors can meld and the pudding can set slightly.
  • Serve it chilled as a refreshing side dish or a light dessert.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about 2-3 days. Give it a gentle stir before serving again. If desired, add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
