  • 2 cups Cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4–6 pieces Tortilla wraps
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the shredded mozzarella or cheddar. Mix thoroughly.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of filling in the center.
  • Fold in the sides, then roll tightly to form a wrap.

Grilling

  • Heat a grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  • Grill each wrap seam-side down for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and heated through.
  • Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet or toaster oven until warm and crispy.
