Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream (or any preferred flavor) Choose any flavor you like.

Chocolate Coating

  • 8 oz Halal melting chocolate (milk, dark, or white) Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Crushed nuts Any nuts of your choice.
  • 1/2 cup Crushed cookies Choose your favorite cookies.
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles Multi-colored for a fun presentation.
  • 6 pieces Popsicle sticks For holding the ice cream bars.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Scoop vanilla ice cream into molds or form into bar shapes using a spoon. Insert a popsicle stick into each bar and freeze until solid (around 2-3 hours).
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your halal chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

Coating

  • Once frozen solid, dip each ice cream bar into the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it fully.
  • Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, cookies, or sprinkles on top of the bars.
  • Place the chocolate-dipped bars back in the freezer to harden for another 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Once frozen solid, take out and enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate ice cream bars!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Separate bars with parchment paper if stacking.
