Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 large fathead dough rolled into a large circle, room temperature

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef broken into small pieces while cooking

Cheese

  • 1 cup cheese shredded (cheddar or mozzarella)

Bacon

  • 4 slices bacon cooked until crisp and drained

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce spreadable

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Toppings

  • lettuce, tomatoes, pickles washed and prepared, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out your fathead dough into a large circle on a baking sheet.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with diced onions. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Add the cooked beef, cheese, mushrooms, and bacon slices.
  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Add fresh toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, or pickles if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Roll the fathead dough to about 1/4 inch thickness for a chewy, sturdy base. Drain excess grease from the beef before adding it to the dough. Lay bacon slices spaced evenly so every slice gets a piece of bacon.
