For the Topping

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

To store any leftovers, let the chicken cool completely, place it in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. You can reheat it in the microwave or in the oven. You can also marinate the chicken in the mayonnaise mixture for extra flavor before baking.
