Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Spoon

Ingredients

Juices

  • 1.5 cups Blueberry juice or blueberry concentrate, diluted according to package directions
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple juice chilled
  • 1.5 cups White cranberry juice chilled
  • 1 cup Lemon-lime soda or club soda for less sweetness, chilled

Edible glitter

  • 1-2 teaspoons Edible glitter (blue and purple shimmer) use a pinch per glass or 1-2 teaspoons for the whole pitcher

Optional garnishes

  • Fresh blueberries chilled
  • Pineapple wedges chilled
  • Lemon slices chilled
  • Mint sprigs chilled

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the blueberry juice, pineapple juice, and white cranberry juice. Use chilled juices where possible to keep the punch cold without diluting it too quickly.
  • Stir well to blend the juices together until the color is even and the flavors are combined.
  • Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda or club soda for fizz. Pour gently over the back of a spoon if you want to preserve more bubbles.
  • Stir gently to combine the soda with the juices, being careful not to stir so hard that you lose the carbonation.
  • Add edible glitter to the punch for a shimmering effect. If you’re serving a pitcher, add 1–2 teaspoons and stir gently; if serving individual glasses, sprinkle a small pinch into each glass after pouring.
  • Serve in glasses over ice and enjoy the magical glow! Garnish with fresh blueberries, a pineapple wedge, or a mint sprig for a festive finish.

Notes

Use chilled juices and soda to keep the punch cold longer; avoid too much ice which dilutes flavor. Measure edible glitter carefully — a little goes a long way.
