  • 1 cup Brewed coffee, cooled completely Use a bold or medium-dark roast for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Milk Dairy or non-dairy, room temperature is fine.
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut butter Smooth or natural; stir natural before measuring.
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup Plus extra for drizzling.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sugar or sweetener Optional, adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup Ice
  • as desired Whipped cream For topping.
  • as desired Chocolate and peanut butter drizzle Melted chocolate or extra syrup; warmed peanut butter thinned slightly for drizzling.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Coffee: Brew 1 cup of coffee and allow it to cool completely. Chill in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to speed things up.
  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and sugar or sweetener if desired. Start on low speed to combine.
  • Add Ice: Add ice to the blender. Increase speed and blend until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  • Adjust Flavor: Taste and adjust sweetness or peanut butter amount if needed. Add more ice if too thin, or more peanut butter for a stronger flavor.
  • Serve: Pour the frappuccino into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, then drizzle with chocolate syrup and warmed peanut butter.
  • Enjoy: Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

This drink is best fresh. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
