  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant but not browned.
  • Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the cream to heat and thicken slightly.
  • Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring well to melt it into the sauce and create a thick, luscious consistency.
  • Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir and let simmer for another minute.

Notes

This sauce can also be used for pasta, dips, and grilled meats. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
