Ingredients
  

Dough and Toppings

  • 1 pound pizza dough, homemade or store-bought
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese over the buttered dough.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before cutting into breadsticks.

Notes

These breadsticks are best served warm. Pair them with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven.
